Step 43- key to Righteousness

A tzadik falls 7 times but keeps on getting up. Mishlei 24:16
Why ? What is the logic of this definition ?
Why isn't he considered a failure ?
Since he is determined to keep on getting up no matter what , his determination keeps on growing which causes Hashem to lead him to higher levels.
Now may be a good time for a gem of Torah study.
