There are official Mitzvos in Parshas Teruma
1- To build the Bais Hamikdosh

2- To always keep the carrying poles in the Aron to show that we should always have the Torah with us.
3 - Always keep special loaves of food on the Shulchan to show that we should merit Parnosah from Hashem.
