Challenges , large & small

* The Torah says once by the Akeida that Hashem was testing Avraham.

* The Mishna , Avos ch. 5 , says that Hashem tested Avraham 10 times.

* The Sefer Mesilas Yeshorim says that every thing in this world is a test.

How do we reconcile these 3 sources ???
