Big Question

This weeks Parsha Emor starts out by using the word Speak , 3 times.
Why ?
In Pirkei Avos we learn say less & do more.
Also at the end of this parsha we a fellow getting into serious trouble for complaining and talking. His mother also spoke too much , see 24:11. ??
Now may be a good time for a gem of Torah study.
