Welcoming Words - 7

There is a great Mitzva , which is actually a combination of many Mitzvos - to look for & find good qualities in others.
To build them up & encourage them , to find reasons to applaud & praise others , to nurture & be supportive , as we emulate Hashem who is always good to all , as we say in Ashrei.
Now may be a good time for a gem of Torah study.
