Matza all year round

Who ate Matza all year round ?

All of the Mincha flour offerings at the Beis Hamigdosh and the Lechem haponim were all Matza. Thus Kohanim had them all year round.

We are on that level Pesach time.
Now may be a good time for a gem of Torah study.
