Wonders 60 - Released from Prison

The Talmud explains that the ability to sit up , requires a daily blessing.
But what are saying ?
Who is being untied , released ?
From chains , prison ?
We should not take our ability to move & sit up for granted.
It is as if Hashem is untying us & energyzing us every time we move. Baruch Hashem.
Now may be a good time for a gem of Torah study.
