His days & years will be extended.
On Daf 8b , by studying the Parsha twice with translation once & on daf 13b by extending the word Echod.
Why these 2 places ?

People think they don't have time. Thus , Hashem the Creator of time & life says , if you recognize Me by Echod & learn My rules for life , I will provide you with more of it , measure for measure.
