Free of Charge

There was no admission charge when Hashem gave the Torah at Har Sinai. The Medrash explains that Hashem chose this Midbar site to teach us that the Torah is available free to all of us.

Secret of Life

Four are considered as non-live :
A poor person ,
A Leper ,
A blind person &
One who is childless.
What do these 4 have in common ?
Tosfos says we should pray for mercy to be spared.
These 4 are limited in their ability to give to others.
Living is Giving.
That is why the Parsha begins with childbirth & continues with laws of leprosy. May Hashem help us in all ways.
