Why is this fourth section of the Torah named after the place the Jews happened to be at this time ?

We learn that it was not just a chance situation. Hashem had set it up , as He does everything else. One of His reasons is to teach us how to accept the Torah - even in the middle of no where. Torah is essential all over it is the essence of Life.
