Words of Abundance -67

Yaakov Avinu was blessed by Hashem with very great wealth. When he spoke about it , Breshis 33:11 , he said - I have everything !
But did he say that only after he had billions in his account ?

The answer is that He was connected to Hashem the source of all wealth. The secret to abundance is to open our mind & heart to Hashem. The key to prosperity is to rejoice with ones portions - all those gifts we keep on receiving from Him.

We need to focus on Hashems unlimited supply , the abilities He gave us to be creative , to expand & increase. Hashem is our supplier , we will never lack , Tehilim 23.

How do you prepare to receive what you want ?
Focus on the thoughts , sayings & prayers that work.

You set my table ... My cup is overflowing.

Words that fit most - 66

The C. C in chap. 4 offers some suggestions of what can be Loshon Hora in most cases.

* He refuses to study Torah.
* He said a lie.
* He is so stingy he does not spend a dime to honor Shabos.
* I saw him transgress a law of the Sages.

Beyond Words -65

Are words the greatest form of expression ?
Often , there are other forms , such as simply being there , that matters even more. Some people have said to others , the one thing that meant the most was knowing that you are always there for me. Being there for someone is so vital , so meaningful.
The benefit of a bikur cholim visit is well known to assist in recovery , just being there matters most , well beyond words.
This helps us understand the Mishna in Avos 1:15 -
Greet & accept every person with a pleasant , thoughtful face.
The Mishna does not mention saying words at this point. Right before this we actually say , talk less & do more. Put the proper expression in your face & body language that is the key.

Time to Leave. W - 64

If someone is sitting with a group & they begin to speak Loshon Hara , if he feels that his offering rebuke will not help at all , that will only make things worse , it is a great Mitzva to leave the area. (6:5).

We need to get away , not to sit it out. Your time , attention & life are valuable , you need to invest your presence in experiences that are worth your while.
It may be uncomfortable or awkward to leave , but staying should be more uncomfortable.

Self-Talk - 63

Which is worse , having others say Loshon Hora about a person or having that person say it about themselves ?

Imagine someone who protects himself from stray germs from outside , but they inflict themselves with constant negativity & pollution.

A person can hurt himself with internal criticism & negative self - talk. When a person cries & complains when they should be thinking & thanking Hashem for the constant flow of happiness He is sending our way all the time.
Some of it is in digiused forms but it is none the less precious & beneficial & we need to claim it now.

Boring Words ? -62

What makes something boring ?

We can transform every situation into an interesting , meaningful experience by utilizing our curiosity to develop a positive attitude.
You can learn to glow with enthusiasm by tuning into the right attitude. Everything can be made fascinating by thinking Hashem made this just so. Why ?
What is the purpose ?
What messages are there for me ?
We can learn to stimulate our mind to soar with joyous , uplifting thoughts.
There are special days such as Tisha Bav where we are obligated to focus on concepts of mourning for that is the Mitzva for that time. Hashem should bring the geula shleima.

Joyuos Words -60

Happiness leads to wealth , Avos 4:1.

Happiness is a choice we need to decide to commit to. When we choose to rejoice with our portion , we will experience happiness. We can develop & maintain our joy , with Hashems help because it is an inner job , up to us.

Choose to be positive & fun & Hashem will help you succeed at it. The road to wealth is paved with words of joy.

We need to avoid sin , which is said to stand for , self - inflicted - nonsense , & ask Hashem to help us grow in an ideal way. Don't stop until you ask Hashem for what you really want. What is the biggest truth you can dream of now ?

You are never more than one word away from delivering your message.

The C. C. States clearly 5:7 ,
Just as it is forbidden to speak against a person , so too , it is forbidden to speak against his merchandise or any of his things out of envy , etc.
One can take any question or comment , add a one - sentence segue & use it to proclaim a message or clarify the truth. We can learn to move conversations into meaningful zones.
Instead of focusing on critical , negative issues, you can steer the conversation to the right track with a wisely chosen bridge of words.

Word Trouble - 58

The mouth of a fool knock him down , Mishlei 18:7.

Life & death are in the hands of ones tongue , M. 18:21.

The tongue can become a lethal weapon. The gemara tells a story of a person who did a seemingly perfect crime & would not be caught. But than he bragged about it to someone who made sure to get him caught.
This illustrates how Hashem designed the mouth to trap someone when he deserves that.

Wasted Words -57

One of the great lessons that we learn from Tisha Bav is not to cry for nothing. The Talmud says , because they were complaining & crying for no good reason Hashem would give them reason to cry , measure for measure.

A fault finder drives away his friends. Mishlei 16:28.
People dislike complainers. Hashems great purpose in creating the Universe was for kindness , Tehilim 89:3. This is Hashems greatest desire , Micha 7:18.

Word Metaphors - 56

What if someone said he got a portion the size of a bean , another person said the size of an olive & a third person said the size of a lizards tail.
The Talmud says that the third person is one with a character flaw.
His manner of expression is a clue to what he is all about. Better than a handwriting analysis , we have a word usage profile.
Like the story of the 3 people who were reporting about a banquet they had attended. One said , I loved the Torah insight , the second one loved the singing & the ruach. The third loved the food !

Choosing Words - 54

The phrase , guard your tongue , follows the verse , who desires life , loves days to see good.
This teaches us the proper attitude. Words should not become our enemy. They can be our friends when we learn how to avoid the negative & choose the right ones.

Here are some tips on finding the best words & feeling better.
1. Relax your mind & emotions, realize that Hashem will help you & enjoy the process. When you focus on loving the days Hashem provides , He will expand your time to get more done.
2. Hashem has ways of providing you with an abundance of the right words at the right time.
3. Keep good cheer & joy at the top of your list of priorities. Don't rush , think instead , how can I enjoy this project Hashem is sending my way. ?
4. Take a pause when you feel drained. Say , let me catch my breath with some silence to regenerate my supply of words.

Words of Judgement - 53.

We are always judging issues & situations.
Thus the C. C. Teaches a great , primary rule in these matters (3:7).
If one errs & judges someone to the negative & then speaks against that person , it is a double crime for he also transgreses the Mitzva to judge others favorably.
We tend to have mistaken assumptions. We may be wrong in thinking we know why someone is doing something you think should be different. We think we know better , how things should be.

Stop judging negatively , be positive & get a double mitzva.
Gossip begins in ones mind , based on the way we perceiove things. We need to change the way we look at things , to always use Torah vision.

Some are quick lessons with blessings , gifts that enable & empower you to grow & succeed. A brief phrase may answer a question that sheds light & directs you on the course to stay on track.
Some words are challenges to get us to think , to question , to yearn & grow.

Words are worth money , but the timing increases the value.

Mishlei teaches , a thing in its proper time is great. The timing is an essential element of each entity.
The Mishna Avos 4:4 teaches
There is no person who does not have his time !

Words that Lead - 50

There is a most fundamental verse In Tehilim - Hashem is informing us - Open your mouth wide & I will fill it up !

What would you like to achieve ?

Hashem can help you succeed.
What makes you really come alive ?
Hashem is eager to lead you to where you want to go , but He wants you to ask Him for help.

You can choose limitations or to break free from them with Hashems help.
If you need a job , realize there is an employer who is looking for someone with your unique skills , ask Hashem to help you connect.
If you are searching for just the right Shiduch , yes , there is someone looking for you , but you need to ask Hashem to be the Shadchan.
It is amazing how Hashem makes incredible connections , but it all starts with our Words to Him.

___
What do you want most now ?
---

Don't make the mistake of using the Word - but -
Hashem can do it & He is eager to help you - that is final. Period.

Words in a Forest - 49

The Chofetz Chaim cites 3:6:7 , the Rabeinu Yonah that their are two parts to gossip -
The harm & shame to the victim ,
& the choice to speak words that negate someone & rejoice in their pain. Thus the C. C. Teaches that if one spoke with the awareness that no harm will result to the victim , it is still forbidden.

Not just spell checked. That is how we connect with Hashem & gain the great satisfaction of of participating in Hashems world on His terms & earning eternal rewards.

The truth is what you need most is to be sincere & honest to express the gifts Hashem gave you which is YOU.
Each of us concludes our daily Shemoneh Esrei by asking to give us our portion in Your Torah.

Its not a new message that counts most , its your style , flavor , angle , ^l experience that comes through.

Kosher , not kosher or treifa.
Its not true , its a lie.
The Talmud teaches that the one who always used the positive became a great Torah sage.

Words make the Difference - 37

What is the difference between one who says I feel like a tired goat or like a tired p-i - g ?
The Ge mara teaches that it is a good idea to stay away from the second type of person.

Why ?

Words are like name labels , they also influence the person. Even the clothing we wear influences a person , the words we speak surely change us , word by word. As we use kind & gentle words , we become more like that.
A person was created in Hashems image. He also has certain animilistic tendencies in order to challenge him to grow.
Now it is true that Hashem created all , even non kosher animals & there are many lessons we learn from them , such as - be strong as a lion to fulfill the will of your Heavenly Father. But Kosher animals were permitted for food in order to provide us with energy in order to study Torah.

Word Benefits -35

The fence for Wisdom is
Silence. Avos 3:13.

There are many reasons for this & thus many benefits that are derived from it.
1- Words are so precious , they should never be wasted. They reveal who we are & form who we become. One who uses 4 words to say something that can be said in 2 is diluting ones thinking ability & weakening ones focus. Silence protects & insures our thinking.
2-The primary reason for speech control is - one who is wise , or one who desires to gain wisdom , does not speak in the presence of one who is greater. Avos 5:7.
Thus the practice of silence , even for a moment , can help us in training ourselves to be aware of Hashem which is the greatest form of WISDOM.

One example is how the evil inclination tries to persuade us that we are phonies & frauds , while the truth is we do have challenges , but we should be sincere & try to do our best to strive to serve Hashem & improve ourselves slowly but surely.

Words of Prayer - 21

We pray that Hashem should please open our lips & enable our mouths to relate Your praise.
We need to refrain from using words in negative ways & instead only use them for the positive.
Hashem is close to all those who call out to Him sincerely , truthfully , as we say in Ashrei. The truth includes knowing who we are - Hashems beloved children.
We need to not only look up , but also look within ourselves to connect to Hashem.

Behind the Words - 20

Why would someone say the speech was not worth much ?

It may be not to his liking because he was hoping to hear some new insights or some deep analysis or some great stories etc. But this speaker has a different style.
Thus one who demeans the speech for such reasons is lying. C. C. 2:12.

Word Titles - 18

There are 4 groups of people who tend to hang out together, and many times they are even combined in the same person.

These 4 do not merit to come close to the Shechina in the future because they have not developed their positive communication skills.

A flatterer
Liar
Speaker of Loshon Hora
& a scoffer.

The Siman the C. C. Says is
Chashmal ,
Chanifa
Sheker ,
Mesaper L. H. &
Leitz.

We need to focus on what it takes to elevate ourselves to come close to Hashem. One great method is to follow Avos 4:1 - to honor others.

Word Games ? - 17

One of the great lessons we learn from the laws of life is to avoid so called word games that are against Torah Principles.
When someone says the wrong words , they are opting for a lie which undermines their strength. We cannot play small. We cannot act like victims.
Be what Hashem wants you to be. Be strong , wholesome , careful with the laws of proper speech , and magnificent.

Words to always Say - 15

The Talmud teaches us to train ourselves to always say
Its good !

Why say , how bad , when its truly good !
Hashem has better options for us than we realize. He knows how to arrange ideal situations & accommodations.
Is it kindness ? Yes
Is it Hashems love for us ? Yes
He runs the world & He has our interests in mind !

Words - like this is good , can protect us from saying Loshon Hora against Hashem & missing the great truths of all the benefits Hashem keeps sending our way.

One Word - 14

One word at a time , at just the right moment , can make all the difference to lead you where you are headed.
Big changes usually come in small steps & stages , one word at a time. This is another insight in the Mishna Avos 1:15 - say a little & that will lead you to doing a lot.

Words behind Doors -13

Each of the participants of a meeting must be careful afterwards not to reveal their personal view if they were outvoted in favor or disfavor of someone.

Old News - words -12

We need to be very careful.
Even if the information is well known that this person mis behaved when he was young , but he improved his ways. Or their is negative information about his parents , but he is not that way.
It is forbidden to reveal this type of old news even if does not add to the accurate details. Even if every one seems to know about it.

Passionate Words - 11

Dovid Hamelech teaches us one of the secrets to achieving greatness -
Oh how I love Your Torah , all day long it is my conversation.
When someone shares a Torah insight with excitement , passion & fascination , we tend to enjoy it more & get excited. We feel renewed , recharged & uplifted. The energy comes through the words to inspire us greatly.
The amount of passion a speaker shares with his words makes all the difference.
If we want to desire life , love days , to see good results , as Tehilim teaches , we need to realize that the key element is the passion we invest.

With Torah guided passion you become a dynamic , charismatic speaker of words , the way words are supposed to used as we state in the Shma.

Less Words - 10

Sometimes people rationalize by thinking , I'm not really saying anything , everything was said already etc.

The Chofetz Chaim 2:9 cautions against adding even one word ! Or showing in any way that you are backing some negative statement.

The closer a statement is to truth , the fewer words are needed to express it - & it may still be forbidden words.

The number of words in the 10 Commandments are 172. We learn in Pirkei Avos 1:15 to always train ourselves to say the most with the least amount of words.
You will benefit in many ways. Besides avoiding Loshon Hora , your communication will become crystal clear & your results. .

Insignificant Words ?- 9

There is no such thing as insignificant words. When we speak to others we communicate & connect with them.

When the Mishna Avos 1:15 teaches the Mitzva to smile at others , it says you should Accept every person , - the way we speak to each other - can make their day & even their week !
One who acts in a rude or gruff manner can be hurting people to their core. We have the power to uplift others & ourselves by the way we use every word we say.

Blood  Clots/Stroke - They Now Have a Fourth Indicator,  the Tongue

image001.jpg

I  will continue to forward this every time it  comes around, some things are too important not to share!

STROKE: Remember  the 1st Three Letters....

 S. T. R.

STROKE  IDENTIFICATION:

During a BBQ, a woman stumbled and took a little fall - she assured  everyone that she was fine (they offered to call  paramedics) .she said she had just tripped over  a brick because of her new shoes.

They  got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of  food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Jane went about enjoying herself the rest of the  evening

Jane's husband called later  telling everyone that his wife had been taken to  the hospital -
(at 6:00  pm  Jane passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the  signs of a stroke, perhaps Jane would be with &nbs p;us today. Some don't die. They end up in a  helpless, hopeless condition instead.

It  only takes a minute to read this....

A  neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke  victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the  effects of a stroke...totally. He said  the trick was getting a stroke recognized,  diagnosed, and then getting the patient  medically cared for within 3 hours, whic h is  tough.

RECOGNIZING A STROKE

Thank  God for the sense to remember the '3' steps, STR  .

 Read and Learn!

Sometimes symptoms of a  stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately,  the lack of awareness spells disaster. The  stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage  when people nearby fail to recognize the  symptoms of a stroke.

Now doctors say a  bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three  simple questions:

S  *Ask  the individual to SMILE.

T  *
Ask  the person to TALK an d SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE  (Coherently)

(
It is sunny out  today.)

R
*Ask  him or her to RAISE BOTH  ARMS.

 < /FONT>
If  he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these  tasks, call emergency number immediately  and describe the symptoms to the  dispatcher.

New  Sign of a Stroke -------- Stick out Your  Tongue

NOTE:  Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the  person to 'stick' out his tongue... If the tongue  is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the  other,   that is  also an indication of a  stroke.

A  cardiologist says if everyone who gets this  e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.

I  have done my part.

Will  you?

Words for Wealth

Every word we say is precious.
The Chofetz Chaim goes into great detail to help us learn the guidelines for proper speech & avoiding word failings.

  Now You Cry?

Within a few hours, two people came up to me with the same story. Actually, they were entirely different cases, totally different details, but the story is the same.

I put tefillin on a man from England. I did not think that he was Jewish. I had to ask him twice. After finishing with the tefillin, he said that he had an urgent mission. He reached into his wallet and pulled out a small note.

“This is from my father,” he said. “My father is very religious. He goes to synagogue every day. He wants very badly to put this note in the Kotel. He wants G-d to help him with this. This is very important to him.”

“So, go put it between the stones.” I told him.

He wanted me to understand how important the note was. “My father has a great problem. It’s his daughter…He hasn’t spoken to her in over a year….”

“What’s the problem?” I asked. “Is she with a non-Jewish guy?”

“A Muslim,” he answered, meaning that it was even worse. “This is so important to my father.” He insisted again. “My father is so upset. Please put the note in the Wall.”

I asked if his father raised his daughter with her knowing that she had to marry only a Jew.”

“He ignored her, mostly,” he answered. Then he quickly added, “But this is so important to him.”

I told him to go put the note between the stones, tell G-d the problem, and pray that He will help. But I added, “The time to take care of these problems is before they happen, not after they are living together.”

The second case was that of a friend of mine who lives here in the Old City. His brother just passed away, and his wife and children are about to bury him in a non-Jewish cemetery! His mother is fighting this with all her might, and my friend and his wife just flew back to the States to try to make sure that he receives a Jewish burial. There is going to be a Judge’s decision on the matter.

What’s the story? The man was married to a non-Jewish woman, and had non-Jewish children with her. Well, unless there is a huge miracle, and please G-d there will be, surely, the judge is going to side with his non-Jewish family.

The question we have to ask is, why does the family wait until it is too late before they get excited enough to try to heal these situations?

I am sharing these stories with you so that you will take the proper steps before it is too late. First off, for yourself, decide that you want to have a Jewish family. Surely, you also want your children to have Jewish families, after all, their children are your family, too. Do you love your brothers, sisters, and other close relatives? Then you have to help them, too. And, even beyond your family, you should also try to influence your friends and acquaintances.  Remember, the time to try to help is not after it happens.

Teach your children that it is important to you to keep your family Jewish, and that can only happen if they marry Jews. You cannot spring this information on them after they start dating non-Jews.

It is a lot easier to keep the glass from breaking, than to pick up those sharp, broken pieces after it falls.

(This link is to my short videos. Send, “Jews Should Marry Jews” to anyone you feel is in danger of intermarrying.)

Subject: Publicize Volunteer Job Opening, Please

Dear Rabbi Goldberger, shlita

There's a website called GuardYourEyes.org that tries to encourage shmiras ainayim, prevent pornographic viewing online, and treat people addicted to pornography.  They try to push the male public to have an Internet filter and to not know the password to the filter (which can be used to change the settings on the filter to watch inappropriate material).  They recommend people typing a password impossible to remember and to send it to a "filter gabai" who will remember the password for them.  (The purpose of the password is to allow kosher, blocked websites to be accessed; no filter is perfect.)  They currently need a volunteer for this service.  Please note that many of the people who'd be requesting this service from them are pornography addicts who may consider getting rid of the filter because of the major inconvenience associated with the filter.  (Note: When they talk of requiring a 30-day sobriety, they mean of watching porn and acting out.)  Here's their ad:

Looking for an Assistant Filter Gabai

We are looking for an Assistant Filter Gabai to help with saving people's passwords for them, make remote changes (using remote accessing software, such as TeamViewer and ShowMyPC), and offer people filtering advice... If you are interested in being trained into the job, please be in contact with either me at eyes.guard@gmail.com or the filter Gabai at filter.gye@gmail.com.

This is a tremendous chesed for people, and one day (when we have more funds) we plan on expanding this service by offering a 24 hour hot-line for advice and help with filters, both in Israel and the U.S. (Who knows? If you start now, you might one day get a paid job to do this).

To qualify for this volunteer job, we need someone computer savvy, with some knowledge of filters, and with a mobile-device that gets e-mails (so he can respond to urgent requests). Also, you should be married and sober for at least 30 days (preferably 90 days).

Thank you!

Subject: A Moment with Rabbi Avigdor Miller Z"L # 35(Dressing in Black, Why?)

Tape 519 @ 1:23:32             Parshas Bamidbar 5770
This email is transcribed from questions that were posed to Harav Miller by the audience at the Thursday night lectures.
To listen to the audio of this Q & A please dial: 732-534-8868
QUESTION:

Must all religious people dress like they are in mourning? Why should they all dress in black?

ANSWER:
And the answer is, black is not a sign of mourning, black is a sign of nobility. They dress like an important person. Don't you know, many senators wear black homburg hats. They used to anyhow. Senators used to wear black homburg hats. It's a sign of importance. And so when Jews wear a black hat, it's a sign that they are "Mamleches Kohanim", it's a nation of important dignified people. And that reminds them that their behavior should be dignified. Now it doesn't mean that if you wear a white straw hat, that you are permitted to be undignified. Nevertheless, when people choose dignity in their garments, it has a very big effect, an unfailing effect on their character. Here is a tough Puerto Rican bum, and he is admitted to the police force. Because now they lowered all the requirements, you don't have to be 6 ft anymore, you can be a runt, you don't have to pass the police academy test. He failed all the tests, but, affirmative action, and he puts on a uniform. And now he stands on the street and is determined to enforce the law. And as he is twirling his baton, his club, he is looking for trouble makers. The truth is, some of these are better law enforcers than the white fellows. What makes the change? The uniform, clothes makes the man. Sartor Sartoris. There is a book on that subject. The clothes makes the man.

And so, when you dress in a dignified way, you become dignified. And that's why it's always important for men and women to remember, dignity in clothing. I was walking on Kings Highway, and from a distance I saw a woman approaching. Now everybody on Kings Highway is naked, it's a naked street. I thought it was a Rebbetzin coming. So I saw she was wearing a Sheitel , a well styled Sheitel, and a nice long dress, nice sleeves. But when she came close, everything was all right except one thing, she was black. I was thinking, this black woman, is Mechayev (obligates) all the Jewish women. Because now Hakadosh Baruch Hu says, if she dresses decently, you the children of the Chosen People, what's going to happen to you. She is Mechayev them.

We have to learn how important it is to be dignified in dress. That's what Hakadosh Baruch Hu wants at all times. And that's going to change a man's inner behavior, his mind is attuned to his externality.

Thanking our Parents

The Rambam ( Mamrim ch. 5 ) teaches the law that if someone chas veshalam cursed a Parent , whether they are still alive or even after 120 , the sinner is put to death according to the Torah.
This teaches us how thankful we need to be always to our Parents who helped to give us life !

And we should not be waiting for Mothers day to express our heartfelt gratitude to our dear , beloved Parents.
May Hashem bless them always with good health , wealth , & nachas from all of us.

Linked Together

The Rambam seems to link together the 2 laws that a mourner
* may not wear Tefilin on the first day of mourning &
* he may not eat of his own food , others need to bring food.

What is the connection ?

Perhaps it is due to the concept - if there is no Torah , there is no food.
Since he may not wear Tefilin the crown which also represents Torah & he may not study regular Torah , thus he is also limited in using his own food.

Choosing

If one has a choice of the Mitzva to comfort a mourner or visit one who is ill , which comes first ?

Rambam 14:7 - says comforting is first because it is a kindness to the living and the departed one.

A Speaking Lesson

The Rambam 5:20 of the laws of mourning says we learn from the restriction the Torah & the Sages impose on a mourner to refrain from greetings of Peace how careful we should be with our words.
For sure he may not speak excessively or joke around !

Power of Speech

Parshas Emor begins with positive speech to encourage others which boosts ones life.

It concludes with an episode of someone who is put to death for sinning with words.

Thus we learn the power of speech. The fence for Wisdom is - SPEECH.

Why 3 times ?

The word omar - to say is repeated 3 times in the first verse.
This reminds us of the secret revealed in Pirkei Avos - the " he used to say " system.

We need to select the right phrases & say them again & again all the time !

Subject: Great Miracle of the Volcano Shutdown -WOW

A universal crisis, millions of people stranded, billions of dollars lost, and one volcanic eruption in Iceland causes chaos across the European continent. Within all these tumult, one Jew merits a smile of loveliness from the Creator of the World, as if whispering to him - my son, the whole world was not created except for you כל העולם לא נברא אלא בשבילי.

The story begins with a young Yeshiva student, an 18 year old Yerushalmi, that came down with a fulminate hepatic failure and was mortally ill.

With little hope of receiving a liver transplant in Israel, Rav Firer sought to send the boy emergency to Brussels, the world center of liver transplants. The only problem however, is that Brussels under no circumstances transplants non-EU patients in order to save the scanty supply of livers for Europeans. Nevertheless, it was decided to send him to Brussels despite the full knowledge of negli gible chance of receiving a liver.

The young Yeshiva student had no choice but to include his name to the long waiting list for a liver transplant. In the meantime, he tried to maintain his learning despite the illness, consciously aware that it will takes weeks, months, and even years till he will be able to be given a new liver. Many patients were on the waiting list, and his name was somewhere on the bottom... And when his turn does finally arrive, it must completely match his blood type and other medical criteria. If it's not a perfect match, he will need to continue waiting ... for a miracle.

However, רבות מחשבות בלב איש ועצת ה' היא תקום Many thoughts in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of HaShem shall stand. HaShem had a different plan for this young Yeshiva student and HaShem's loyal servants produced avalanches of hot ash, rock and gas on Europe, causing Euro pe to completely shut down its skies into a no-fly zone. No one can leave and no one can enter; a self-imposed siege in the euro zone skies. It is during this time that a young religious Yerushalmi man in the capital of Belgium is sitting in the yeshiva learning Torah.

During the course of the shut down airspace above Europe, a person dies in the hospital in the capital of Belgium, a person whom agreed to donate his liver to anyone that might need it. Astonishingly, a liver that is perfectly parametric for our young Yeshiva student.

Health authority of Belgium began searching the liver transplant waiting list but 'unfortunately', not even one patient was able to fly into Belgium for the very needed healthy liver transplant due to a volcanic eruption in Iceland.

As they advanced further on the waiting list, they reached the young Yeshiva student. However it was not offered to the boy due to his lack of citizenship. As the clock closed in on t he deadline for time in which the the liver's lifespan for transplanting, the precious healthy liver cannot be wasted and must be swiftly replaced with a diseased liver, no one else was able to arrive in Belgium for the transplant except this young Yerushalmi.

With the clear Divine Intervention, this budding talmid chacham received the liver and is now recovering from surgery.

The enormity of this miracle was even greater after the successful liver transplant. The doctors said that the young yeshiva student's liver was very deteriorated and diseased and it was a matter of days his liver would stop functioning completely. The doctors unanimously believe that if this young man had to continue waiting for the liver transplant, he would have been long dead.
