Word Care - 6

Is one permitted to say that which can have 2 meanings , when he intends the positive , inference ?

For example can one say -
They are always eating , when his intentions are - they have a large family or they are very generous. But only if he says it before 3 people in a tone of voice that makes his positive intentions obvious.
Now may be a good time for a gem of Torah study.
