63 Mitzvos

In Parashas Emor.

Thus this parsha has the second most mitzvos. First is Ki Seitzei with 74.
The first 22 of the 63 are related to Kohanim.

One that pertains to all is
M. 269 - to honor & respect Kohanim. Thus our question to you is who is your favorite Kohen & how do you show him respect ?

The Greatest Mitzva

Which is the greatest rule of the Torah & why is it in Parshas Kedoshim ?

To love others is the underlying fundamental principle of the entire Torah. But how does it connect to this Parsha ?

Great Question

Thanks to Chaim for this great q. Why don't we list Be Holy , as a specific Mitzva of the 613 ?

Rambam explains that any Mitzva that is all inclusive is not on the list.

To develop Perfection

There are 51 Mitzvos in Parshas Kedoshim so we will try to cover about 7 for each day.

- To revere Parents , that will lead us to revere Hashem our Heavenly Father

- Avoid all forms & all aspects of idolatry.

- Don't leave over from Kodoshim meat

- Do leave over from your fields for the needy.
- But no stealing ...

We see the pattern of these Mitzvos.
