We know there is a Mitzva to love Hashem & there is a Mitzva to love people , but why work ?
The answer is linked to our topic. Hashem is leading you on your path. Thus we need to ask ourselves- where do I want to go ?
We should desire most to serve Hashem ! To do what He wants us to do.
He puts us here to study His Torah , connect with prayer & to help others. He thus creates each of us with specific missions to accomplish which we need to do with love.
Now may be a good time for a gem of Torah study.
