Why Chukim ?

Why does Hashem give us some Mitzvos in the Torah with explaining all of their reasons ?

If all Mitzvos were explained well we might err & do them all because they make sense & thus forget that we are obeying G-ds will. Thus Hashem gave us some of these & some of those so that we should do them all because He gave them & we love Him.
We also know that they all have perfect reasons but we cannot understand all of it in this world.
Now may be a good time for a gem of Torah study.
