Face Reflections

One of the reasons Moshe fell on his face is that it says in Mishlei -just as water can reflect ones image , so too a persons heart reflects what others think about them.
Thus Moshe was thinking why are they against me ?
Maybe my thoughts weren't positive enough toward him thus I'm getting this response.
Now may be a good time for a gem of Torah study.
