Answer for 13 -

The ears are for listening to the oral law , thus we are reminded of the teaching - a wise person learns from all people , Avos 4:1 , on all sides.
The eyes are for focussing on the written Torah which we should keep in front of our eyes. Thus , don't stray after your eyes to take you away from serving Hashem. The Talmud says that a blind person is considered as dead. One reason is because he is unable to see & study the basics of the written laws.
Now may be a good time for a gem of Torah study.
