WHY ?

Why does it seem at times that some people work super hard but they don't earn much , while others work less & earn more ?

See 16:18

The key is sincere Prayer to the real BOSS , Hashem !

Special Prayers

Why did the Monn fall every day in a limited way , one days supply , why not once a week or once a month ?
The Talmud explains so that the Jews would be motivated to pray daily with sincere feeling of dependacy upon Hashem !

Segulah for Parnasah - Today
Reb Menachem Mendel M'Riminov (1755-1815) writes in his sefer Lechem Avirim that saying Parshas Ha'mon (Shnayim Mikroh V'Echod Targum - Hebrew twice and the Aramaic once) on Tuesday of Parshas Be'Shalach, is a Segulah for Parnasah. Parshas Ha'mon can be found in most siddurim after tefillas Shachris, or Click (or copy and paste) this link for the complete text of Parshas Ha'mon:

The Difficulty

There is nothing that is difficult for Hashem. What then does it mean , that matchmaking is difficult as splitting the sea ?

Rav Y. Kamenetsky explains that Hashem has created the water to flow a certain way thus to change that is called difficult in the sense of different then what Hashem has decreed for the norm.
So too , people are born separate per Hashems will , thus it is considered a challenge to understand the great Mitzva to marry & form a bond with ones spouse as if they were one united entity.

Code 10:10

First look up the Rashi on verse 10 :10 in this weeks Parsha.

Then consider how we can convert every negative into a positive.
Blood does not have to stand for death , it can symbolize the bond of Bris Mila for Eternal life.

Why is the word for Ra - evil the same as for Reiah - a good Friend. ?

The Frog Lesson

Don't beat the Frog.
Initially , our Sages explain , Hashem sent one giant frog. When they beat it it kept on multyplying.

This serves as a lesson for us. Hashem sends us tests which we need to learn to ignore & overcome. Don't make the mistake of getting entangled & entrapped. Have a great Shabos.

Moshe Rabeinus Tehilim

Moshe composed 11 of the chapters of Tehilim , from 90 to 100. Thus by studying these chapters carefully we can gain insights into how Moshe thought & succeeded.
For example , he says
You Hashem have been our dwellling in every generation.
Whether Moshe was in
Paarohs palace ,
The fields of Midian ,
Yisro s house ,
In his tent in the Midbar - he realized he was actually in Hashems dwelling !!

Debt of Gratitude

Why does Hashem tell Moshe to instruct Aaron , 7:19, to perform the first 3 Makos ?
Why shouldn't Moshe do the Mitzva himself ?
Is a person obligated to be grateful to inanimate items such as water & earth ?
Dosent Aaron also have to be grateful to these natrual benefits ??
