Daf Insight
It says in Tehilim - one who borrows is wicked who does not pay back.
Why is he considered wicked initially why not say , if he dosent pay then he is wicked ?
Because initially when he takes the loan he should have solid plans of how he anticipates paying back.

Why is an uman, craftsman , professional the same word as Omain which means it is true & you agree with the blessing ?
